DLM Exclusive interview with Jane Hash

Jane Hash is a blogger, an advocate for equal rights, and personality for her podcast show. She also has Osteogenesis imperfecta (Brittle Bones Disease) an inborn disease causing fractures in childhood. It also causes fractures in adults. OI is a genetic disorder usually resulting from abnormalities of the genes that control the production of a protein called collagen. This is the main protein in bone and essential for its strength.  -

Now what makes Jane unique is her persona. She is unafraid to speak her mind, talk and open up about taboo subjects and educate people about her disability. She is also a filmmaker. Five years in the making; Jane, along with Tom Trainer, created a documentary about her life called “Plain Jane The SHOCKUMENTARY,”: a documentary film by Tom Trainer, audiences will get a very intimate peek into the life of Jane Hash. Full of social taboos and cult-classic potential, this film will make you laugh more than it will make you cry but most importantly, it will make you think.  -

Jane’s is certainly a role model to showcase how one can, despite any challenges we face, enjoy life, accomplish goals, be a voice in this world and be a visionary. Jane Hash is THIS-Abled to matter!
